Webcast 6.2 Release Notes

This release focuses on modernizing the behind-the-scenes technology used to power our media player for both audio and video events. These release notes also highlight other recent changes and improvements.

New Player Technology

Our new media player provides an improved user experience while retaining all the same functionality. It also serves as the foundation for future innovation and feature development, such as improved analytics, and provide a continued reliable streaming experience.

Chapters Tab

Utilizing the legacy Jump Point feature, the new Chapters tab will provide an easier way for attendees to navigate to event highlights.

More about Chapters:

  • Chapters are automatically generated and backwards compatible with previous events utilizing Jump Points.

  • Chapters can be modified, added or removed from the On-Demand Studio by clicking 'Edit Timings'image-1755874384059.png
