Reset your password and retrieve your username

To reset your password or retrieve your username, go to the Admin portal, and below the login form click Forgot your Username or Password?.

Reset your password

To reset your password, under Forgot Password? enter your username and then click Reset Password. A new password will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Retrieve your username

To retrieve the username, under Forgot Username?, enter the email address associated with your account and then click Retrieve Username. Your username will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
